Tired of playing the same old games day in and day out? Bored of games with not much action, sitting around looking at each other’s disgusting face? Then, maybe it is time for you to check out the latest board game to hit the market. It’s called ‘Pucket’ a game that sounds dirty but is so much fun. If you got kids and want a good way to keep them distracted, while you make passionate love in the next room, then Pucket is the game for you.

The concept of this Pucket is very simple. The game is played on a small board which has a separation in the center made of wood with a small hole in the middle through which a puck can go through. Eight pucks are given to each of the 2 players and the idea is to get all the pucks in your side to the other side (yours and also the pucks sent to your side by your opponent) through the hole in the middle. Whoever clears his side first is considered the winner. The pucks are to be sent through the hole using an elastic band which is attached at the end of each side of the board, one for one player. Don’t even think about blinking when you play Pucket, it’s all mind over matter at this point. In fact you better make sure you cleared your bladder before starting, because it’s either that or wet your pants.

The good thing is that you aren’t left confused with a laundry list of rules which ensures that the flow of the game is not interrupted and thus keeps the player fully engaged as the game is going on. If the puck goes out, the player who sent it out should bring it back. The pucks should not be moved forward by hand. And one of the most interesting rules is that the player need not wait for the other player to finish his turn. You keep on playing till you finish all the pucks. I don’t know about you, but I definitely hate waiting, and for brain dead goofs like me, Pucket is really about nonstop action.

The game of pucket is actually manufactured in India and marketed by a company called Pucket Enterprises. This company was founded in 2009 by David Harvey and he has been joined by his partner Ben Lewis. Their idea is to make Pucket a household game, which is pretty inspirational.

The game has received very good response among the people and has also been well received by the press. It has been featured in articles for the Daily Telegraph, Time Out London, The Week and other magazines. The game is 40 pounds which is a small price to pay for beating your sister’s smug ass.
