What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a email will be sent containing information to track your order. For standard international orders there will be no tracking number, but a receipt number to confirm your order has been shipped. If you would like tracking on your international orders than please select Priority International for your shipping method.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Currently all orders will be shipped the next following business day, once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number or a receipt number (For Standard International Customers).
*Note: Pixics has been set up as a small operation in order to cut costs, which directly translates into savings for our customers. If you feel your order needs special care, we will try our best to accommodate.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number or receipt number (Standard International Customers) and a link to where you can view it online.
What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
On most websites. "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST. Your package will not be shipped until the following Monday. Because of our staff size, orders will be shipped on the next business day, so orders on Mondays will be shipped on Tuesday. 2-Day Shipping will most likely arrive in 3 days and so forth.
What countries do you ship to? What about duties?
When registering for an account, or setting up a shipping address, you will be able to view the countries that we ship to. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, but we do ship to APO/FPO
If I send my package as a gift will the recipient receive the invoice?
Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package. Please send us an email immediately after your order is placed, and remember to put your order number so we can identify the package.
How can I receive Free Shipping?
Free Standard Shipping is available for US only for orders above $75. This shipping method usually take between 7-14 business days to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our merchedise is free from manufacturing defects unless otherwise noted. If the product is not stated to have defects and irregularities, and the merchendise you recieve did contain defects, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days after the purchase.
Shipping expenses will not be refunded unless we have sent the wrong merchendise. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.
Please include the order receipt when returning items, which may be printed from your order receipt email or from your customer account. Include a note for the return reason.

How should I ship my return or exchange?
Pack and seal your box securely in the original package if possible. To be properly processed your order should include your order receipt and a note containing the return reason. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been receieved your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking instituion may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
