Knott’s Spooky Farm 2021 Detailed Review

Knott's Spooky Farms

In Today’s Kim’s Adventure, we head over to Knotts Berry Farm during their Knotts Spooky Farm 2021 Event From September 25th through October 31st. Kids ages 3-11 can enjoy a day full of Halloween activities. They can trick or treat through the Ghost Town, have fun Halloween themed shows, and learn about some creepy crawly critters. We got a special invite from our friends to attend this special Halloween event. I was thinking I would bump into the Average Dad, but didn’t know it would actually happen. What a synchronicity.

One of the rides we were really looking forward too was the brand-new Knott’s bear-y Tales. An all new 4-D interactive dark ride that’ll take guests on an exciting journey through reimagined show scenes from the original Beary Tales. The original Beary-Tales opened in 1975 and was designed by Disney Imagineer Rolly Crump. It closed in 1986 and was replaced by Kingdom of the Dinosaurs.

For the 100th anniversary celebration of the park, Knott’s Beary-Tales was rereleased as a 4-D attraction. Between Ghost Town Main Street and Schoolhouse Road go ahead and rustle up some sweet candy as you make your way through. Each candy booth is attended by a friendly ghost and neighborhood ghoul. Your children can get skittles, airheads and even some M&M’s. While collecting the candies stop on by to the Livery Stable where they are featuring the creepy critters of calico. Spiders, Bugs and more are waiting to meet you at the Creepy Critter Corral, but don’t worry they are as friendly as everyone else at Knott’s Spooky Farm.

In the corner of Knott’s Berry Farm’s Ghost Town sits Sad Eye Joe, the kids decided to have a little fun with him. Here’s a little secret, around the corner you can write down the names for Sad Eye Joe to read. Watch the amazement in your children’s eyes. Another fun activity that’s only available for this month is the cookie decorating kit. Head on over to the pumpkin patch to purchase the cookies at a cost of around $6. And if you’re lucky you might get approached by some local cowboys. At the Bob Baker Marionette Theater, they are presenting the special “Halloween Spooktacular”. This joyful return of the marionettes to the Knotts Berry Farm stage features a sparkling lineup of puppets that have been delighting audiences for over half a century. Perfect for every age and attendee, the show is located at the Birdcage Theatre.
